Joe Jordan did an outstanding job of managing all aspects of renting my home in Titusville while I was deployed to the Middle East for two years.
Initially I was really worried about trusting someone to manage my biggest single investment while I was away, but Joe quickly found and vetted a family to rent my home in less than one month of meeting with him. Besides finding reliable renters, another great service Joe provided was the move-out inspection. Although there was some minor wear and tear on the home, overall the house looked virtually the same as I left it two years prior. Overall, Joe did such an outstanding job I would not hesitate to recommend his service to my friends and family.
Joseph was very fast with responding to helping me get an apartment for a low amount.
He doesn't care if you have money or not he's available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and pushed the process so I was in within a week! He's a very genuine person and is amazing at his job. He's the only person I'd ever recommend!! Never a bad experience with him.
At our first meeting Joseph demonstrated himself to be an extremely self motivated entrepreneur who has an in-depth understanding of the local housing market.
He took the time to walk me through my property and share his love of architecture. He provided very detailed observations of the properties potential and made recommendations to improve the best features of my home. He listened and offered solutions as I prepared to present the property for sale. He shared an extensive network of local entrepreneurs when making those improvements and helped me to stay within my budget. He marketed my property, hustled and had the tenacity to follow every lead and consistently keep me informed. He was a fair and attentive negotiator, and at the closing table, the bottom line exceeded my expectations. When I reflect on the whole process, most impressive is the footprint he left on the community of Titusville: local businesses gain revenue; Titusville property was improved upon an increased in value; and a family unfamiliar to Titusville, chose to invest in our community.
Joseph proved to be a very knowledgeable and hard working realtor who helped us sell our family home at a great price.
He made suggestions at the initial meeting that convinced us he was looking out for us and trying to get us the best price he could at the current market. He was spot on with his suggestions and his use of social media to sell the home. I would highly recommend him.
My husband and I gave Joseph a 5 star in all the above not only was he fantastic to work with while he was selling our home in Florida while we were living in Pa, but he had our home under contract in 2 weeks!

Joe knows how get you a mortgage when you thought you couldn't! They bought the house! They found the house because Joe knows how to market a property not just because he is internet savvy but b/c that coupled with his natural marketing abilities it's a dynamite combo~ There is a saying that 98% of people are attracted to their field of work aren't good at the work and only 2% are actually good at their jobs b/c they have the right skills that combine to do the BEST job over the other 98%. It's called the cream of the crop. We had a friend who is a realtor then find out choosing a realtor is not just a name it is a REAL SKILL & some are natural talents like sports who are naturals its the SAME in every field. FIND THE 2% BEST I'm so glad we did b/c once we left our friend and went to Joe it sold in less than a week of listing meanwhile it had been on the market for 6 months prior not a bite--til Joe! He's NOT your average Joe! He's your favorite cup o Joe!
